Upvotes are counted from Monday 00:00 to Sunday midnight. The product with the most upvotes in that week wins a place on the homepage for the following week, the "#1 of the week" badge for its site and a line in our mail to subscribers.

Can I upvote more than once?

No. One upvote per person, tied to a verified email address. An account younger than a day counts after 24 hours. Nothing here is for sale.
