TrueTier

Someone sits down with your product and tells you the truth

The automated scan finds broken things. The harder problem is different: people land on your site, something does not click, and they leave without telling you what.

What we go through

1
The first five seconds Do we understand from the main heading what the product does and who it is for? Most landing pages fail right here.
2
Path to first value We go through sign-up and onboarding all the way to the moment the product first does something. We record the screen so you can see where we got stuck.
3
Pricing Does the structure make sense? Can we choose, or do we have to ask?
4
Promise versus reality What the landing page says versus what the product actually does. The gap is the most common reason for refunds.
5
Technical and legal The full automated scan plus a check of the things that must not be missing in the EU.

What you get

A two to three page document: five to eight specific issues ranked by how much they are probably costing you, with an explanation of why and what to do. Plus the screen recording.

You will not get a list of eighty small details. You will get what is worth fixing this week.

Straight talk

We do the audits by hand, so we take at most 5 a month — the form closes by itself when the month is full, so you cannot pay for a place that does not exist. The report is delivered within 5 business days of payment; if we miss that, you get the money back and the report anyway. And one more thing: a paid audit has no influence on whether or where the product appears in the catalog. Placement is bought separately and is always marked.

Second service

Hands-on review — $199

The audit is private — it goes to you. The review is public: we use your product on a real task for at least 7 days, then write what it was like and publish it here, with the Our review mark on your listing.

1
What you get A public review on TrueTier — how it went, what worked, what did not, who it is for — linked from your product page and the catalog, and a place to reply under it.
2
By when Published within 14 days of payment. Miss that and you get the money back — and the review still runs.
!
What you do not get A say in what it says. It is published even when it is bad; you see it the moment everyone else does and cannot pull or edit it. That is exactly why it is worth something to readers.

Sign in and list your product first — the review is written for a published listing.
