DMCA and content reports

TrueTier is a catalog where content is submitted by users. We do not review third-party content in full beforehand. If you are a rights holder and believe something here infringes your rights, tell us.

Notice under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512)

Send notices to info@truetier.app. A notice must include:

• a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act for the rights holder,
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed,
• identification of the material, including the exact URL where it appears,
• your contact details — address, telephone and email,
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised,
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

On receiving a complete notice we promptly remove or disable access to the material and inform the user who submitted it.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.
