Our commitment

Five rules we will not break

A deal catalog that takes money from founders has a built-in conflict of interest. There is no point pretending it is not there. There is a point in writing down exactly where the lines are — and then holding them.

01

Paid and earned are never mixed

Paid placement always sits in its own section and is visibly marked as paid. It is never slipped in among products that got there through upvotes or ratings.

If you could not tell advertising from results, the whole leaderboard would stop meaning anything, including the entries nobody paid for.
02

Upvotes are not for sale

An upvote cannot be bought with money or credits, directly or as part of any bundle. The weekly and monthly leaderboards can only be won by people genuinely backing a product.

We sell space, never signal. The moment popularity could be purchased, you would have no reason to trust the price history or the uptime record either.
03

A review runs even when it is bad

You pay for us to actually use the product and write about it. You do not pay for what we write. You see the review at the same moment everyone else does, and you cannot pull it or edit it. You always have the right to a public reply.

A paid review that is always flattering is worthless to the reader and to you. This is the only reason our reviews are worth anything.
04

Express pays for speed, not approval

Paid priority means we look at your submission within 24 hours. It does not mean we publish it. If we reject it, you get a full refund.

If approval could be bought, the catalog would be a paid listing rather than a selection. We review every submission by hand precisely so that it is not.
05

Measurement cannot be switched off

Daily uptime checks and the record of price and deadline changes run identically for paying and non-paying products. They cannot be disabled, hidden or edited, not for money and not on request from the product owner.

This is the entire reason the site exists. A data point that can be deleted on request is not data, it is advertising.

What you can buy

To make it completely clear, here is the other side. All of this is for sale and that is fine, because with none of it do we pretend it was earned.

Each of these things is marked as paid on the site. It is never mixed with what people voted for or with what our scanner measured.

How you can verify this

A commitment that cannot be verified is only a promise. Therefore:

If you think we broke one of these rules

Email info@truetier.app and say specifically where and how. If you are right, we fix it and write about it publicly. That is when a page like this means something. Otherwise it is just more text nobody reads.

These rules are in force since 5 September 2026. If we ever change them, the change is marked here with a date and a reason. We do not delete the old version.
